McCready, who does not have custody of Zander, has been ordered to return her son to his father's home by Thursday evening.
Reports suggest McKnight filed a missing persons report on Tuesday after McCready took Zander from his property in Cape Coral.But in a statement to Access Hollywood on Wednesday, the country singer said, "I am working with lawyers to try to get all this straightened out. I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me!"
